Ready to schedule your next HSHD™ session? Holistic Student Healthlete Development™ Sessions combine Health Readiness with Active Readiness to ensure enhancement of every aspect of healthy and active living. Each session is 90 minutes long and includes:

Customized training is the best fit for you if
- a) you’re seeking BIG results, FAST
- b) you’re seeking help in a particular area of healthy and fitness
- or c) you desire to work one-on-one, with a teammate, or with a group of teammates to achieve a specific goal.
Customized training sessions can be Holistic (health readiness + active readiness) or Partial (health readiness only or active readiness only) in design based on your needs or the needs of your group.
